High build, single component, elastomeric polyurethane based waterproofing membrane.                                                                                                         WPM 158 is single component, high build, aliphatic polyurethane based elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane which finds various usages in the construction industry. The cured membrane has a high flexibility, water resistance with excellent crack bridging properties. It is UV stable and can be left exposed without the need for any additional protective layers.                                  FEATURES

High Performance Epoxy Tile Grout.                                              DESCRIPTION:-                                                                        EPOXY GROUT is hygienic, stain-resistant, 3 component epoxy resin-based grout with a high degree of resistance to chemical attack, abrasion and impact. The cured grout does not transfer taints to food products, prevents the entry of bacteria or dirt and is easily maintained in a sterile condition. Self-smoothing epoxy floor topping (0.5 – 2.0mm).                        DESCRIPTION-

R 21 CE is a high gloss, self-smoothing, epoxy resin floor finish applied between 0.5 – 2.0 mm thickness. It combines outstanding wearing properties with chemical resistance and decorative finish. Ideally suited in situations where a seamless, joint free finish is required and maximum cleanliness is essential.

WPM 415 C is a specially developed chemical consisting of Portland cement, very fine treated silica sand and various active, proprietary chemicals. These active chemicals react with the moisture in fresh concrete and the by-products of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction, which generates a nonsoluble crystalline formation throughout the pores and capillary tracts of the concrete. The crystal formation follows the water back as far as it is present in the structure and permanently blocks the passage of water.  

Polymer modified tile adhesive.                                                    DESCRIPTION:-                                                               Polymer modified grey cement-based adhesive, suitable for fixing ceramic tiles for floors & walls in interior situations. Suitable for fixing ceramic tiles upto 6 mm bed thickness (can be extended up to 12 mm thickness in area of limited extent). The set adhesive is water-resistant and is suitable for use in showers and bathrooms. White cement based, high polymer modified, tile/stone adhesive.    DESCRIPTION:-                                                                      High polymer modified, white cement-based tile adhesive suitable for fixing tiles with less than 3% porosity, like vitrified, semi-vitrified tiles and natural stones on walls and floor in interior and exterior situations. WHITE STAR is specially designed to fix marble tiles/stones to prevent discoloration/stains due to ironoxide. The set adhesive is water-resistant and is suitable for use in showers, wet areas and swimming pools. DIAMOND STAR (White) is deformable and can accommodate shocks due to impact load and heavy traffic. CL 11 has been especially designed to produce a smooth, flat surface when applied to hard, rigid sub-floors such as cement sand screeds, concrete, etc. CL 11 contains high quality special cements and selected fillers so that, when mixed with water, it produces a free flowing mortar with self-levelling properties. The mortar can be applied at a thickness from 3 – 5mm and suitable for internal areas only.

Two component undertile waterproofing membrane...                    WPM 002 is a tough, fast drying two component waterproofing membrane specifically designed for use under tiles. WPM 002 is based on the most advanced acrylic polymer technology, and is totally resistant to re-emulsification. It is flexible, low in odour, and is fully compatible with polymer modified tile adhesives with fast drying properties to enable tiling in 16 - 24 hours. The product has been uniquely formulated with synthetic microfibers to increase its strength and eliminate the need for a separate reinforcement mat. WPM 002 meets the Green Building Council of Australia Green Star IEQ-13 requirements for Architectural Sealant when tested in accordance with SCAQMD Method 304-91 Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in Various Materials as referenced by South Coast Air Quality Management Division (SCAQMD) Rule 1168. WPM 002 is BRANZ appraised, BRANZ Appraisal No 701(2011) – ARDEX Under Tile External Waterproofing Membranes.
