Modified SBR Latex Based URP For Bonding, Repair & Concrete Rendering

ShaliCrete URPis a multipurpose, ready to use, economical SBR based bonding agent in liquid consistency used as universal repair product (URP), for bonding coat for concrete, repair additive for concrete / mortars, waterproofing applications, protective coating for cementitious substrates, cladding including tiles / marble bedding and external rendering, besides improving strength and weather resistance.

SuperThermoLay® has an excellentresistance to weather and ageing. The coreof 160 gsm spun bonded non-woven polyestermat offers an excellent tensile strength,elongation and a superior lap joint strength.The polymer modification of bitumen withAtactic Polypropylene (APP) results in anexcellent resistance to hot and coldtemperatures.
SuperThermoLay® forms an impervious,flexible waterproofing layer which canwithstand normal movement of structurewithout showing any deterioration and servefor a prolonged period of time.
SuperThermoLay®, with cold flexibility up to -2 OC is supplied in following variants:• Plain finish with thermo-fusible polyethylene film on both surfaces,• Mineral / natural grey slate finish with thermo-fusible polyethylene film on one surface,and mineral / natural gray slate on the other surface.

ShaliJet® Sealing Compound is thermoplastic material. It flows in hot condition and settles to a plasto-elastic mass when cold. Being fuel / heat resistant, ShaliJet® Sealing Compound is used as sealant in construction of runways. It conforms to IS:1834 Grade B.

CPRX Compound(TM)is a rubber based Bituminous Adhesive of brush-able consistency.

Application

• CPRX Compound(TM) is recommended for the fixing of expanded/extruded Polystyrene (thermocole), insulex soft boards and fibre glass insulation slabs for all type of structures where bituminous adhesive isacceptable.
• It may be used to stick insulation sheets on to concrete, timber, metal or other insulation sheets.
• It is particularly suitable for use in cold storage to ensure good adhesion to walls and ceilings and may
• also be used for sticking thermocole for insulation of refrigeration pipe work.
• Special grades of CPRX Compound(TM) are available for fixing tiles, linoleum, etc.

• Cold Adhesive, hence heating not required.

The high thermal resistance property of ShaliXPSis a result of arresting / millions of tiny closed air cell separated from each otherin a unit block.

ShaliXPSis having a skin formed on top and bottom faces facilitating protection and providing excellent barrier to absorption of water, moisture, dew.

ShaliXPSkeeps its R (Resistivity or Resistance to heat flow) value retained even after its long exposure to high humidity, ground water, freeze thaw cycle and other extreme climatic conditions.

It conforms to ASTM C 578 - Type IV.

ShaliCrete® is used for permanently bonding plaster to ensure durable finish of exterior walls, bonding new concrete to old concrete, making mortar for repairing and for waterproofing. ShaliCrete® is highly durable in wet condition as well.
